I spoke to Rhys and he was very helpful, he was understanding and he listened, which is what I want, i want to feel heard and it’s good to talk and it helps to have someone to listen to you, whenever I need a chat Rhys is always there, I enjoy the wellbeing walks and the mindful colouring sessions too.
